糖尿病肾病的中西医结合治疗临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of treating diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组严格饮食控制,予以降血脂、降血压常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上用真武汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组中,显效15例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率88.57%;对照组中显效7例,有效14例,无效14例,总有效率60.00%。两组临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病有很好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases each. Strict diet control in the control group, given to lowering blood pressure, lowering blood pressure conventional therapy, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the Zhenwu decoction for treatment. Results： The treatment group were cured in 15 cases, effective in 16 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, the total efficiency of 88.57%; and in the control group, effective in 7 cases, effective in 14 cases, ineffective in 14 cases, the total efficiency of 60.00%. The clinical efficacy of two groups there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine has a good effect.
