Treating ulcerative proctitis from the carbuncle theory

目标:观察黄连解毒汤,痛泻要方加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:30例分为活动期、恢复期两类,分别以黄连解毒汤,痛泻要方为基础,辨证加减治疗。结果:治愈28例,有效2例,无效0例。结论:黄连解毒汤,痛泻要方加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the Huanglian Jiedu decoction and Tongxie Yaofang in treating ulcerative proctitis. Methods： 30 patients were divided into active period, recovery period of two categories, respectively based on the Huanglian Jiedu decoction and Tongxie Yaofang, then dialectical treatment. Results： 28 cases were cured, 2 cases effective, 0 cases are invalid. Conclusion： The Huanglian Jiedu decoction and Tongxie Yaofang were effective in treating ulcerative proctitis.
