前列回春汤治疗慢性前列腺炎150例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 150 cases of chronic prostatitis with the Qianlie Huichun decoction

慢性前列腺炎病因复杂。目前,临床上分为慢性细菌性前列腺炎、非细菌性前列腺炎及其他类型的前列腺炎三大类,由于前列腺特殊的解剖学特点,加之患者受心理因素,性知识、体内性激素水平的平衡、传染病、过敏、饮食习惯等等诸多因素的影响,导致治疗困难、效果不满意。本组150例,以自拟前列回春汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎,治愈好转率95.9%。

The cause of chronic prostatitis was complex. Currently, patients were divided into chronic bacterial prostatitis, nonbacterial prostatitis, and other types of prostatitis, because of anatomical characteristics of chronic prostatitis, and patients affected by many factors, leading to treatment difficulties, the results are not satisfactory. 150 cases in this group, since treating chronic prostatitis with the Qianlie Huichun decoction, the cured and improvement rate was 95.9%.
