摘要
简析中国2008年奥运会金牌分布情况,结合当前国内外竞技体育人才的培养现状,指出后奥运时代中国竞技体育人才培养理念从"以赛为本"向"以人为本"的嬗变,为后奥运时代的竞技体育人才培养提出建议。
Based on the research of the distribution of gold medal in 2008 Chinese Olympics, along with the domestic and international current situation of the cultivation of competitive sports talents, this paper points out that transmutation of the idea of Chinese competitive sports talents on Post-Olympic era is from ＂race-based＂ to ＂people-oriented＂, in order to make a few suggestions for the cultivation of competitive sports talent on post-Olympic era.
