从教育社会学角度评析高校学生干部制度之弊端

Analysis of the Abuses of the System of College Student Leaders from the Perspective of Sociology of Education

高校学生干部制度的设立对于学生个人成长、大学教育以及社会结构和风气等均有重要影响。从教育社会学的视角分析,当前的高校学生干部制度存在着一定弊端,需要通过全社会的努力,通过建立公平机制、人文关怀、学习督导及配套制度建设等加以改进。

This paper aims to analyze the effect of system of college student leaders on personal growth of students, university education, and social climate. The final conclusion of this paper is that the system of college student leaders nowadays has abuses from the view of sociology of education, which need to be improved through the efforts of the whole society. This study involves sociology of education, osvcholoov and political science research methods and theory.
