摘要
近期上海地区甲状腺结节发生率达34.20%,中年甲状腺癌的发病率约为1.20%,已成为常见的恶性肿瘤。多灶癌是其临床的重要特征,影响甲状腺癌的诊断与治疗,应当引起重视。社区临床医师需要熟悉甲状腺癌的危险因素、临床特点、诊断方法、手术治疗方式以及术后继续治疗的方法,对甲状腺多灶癌的早发现、早诊断,早治疗尤其重要。
The recent incidence of thyroid nodules in Shanghai amounted to 34.2% while the incidence of thyroid cancer in middle-age patients accounted for 1.2%, which has become one of the common malignant tumors. Multifocal cancer is an important feature in clinic, which can affect the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer and attention should be paid to. Community clinicians need to be familiar with the risk factors and clinical features of thyroid cancer and methods for diagnosis, surgical and postoperative treatment. The early detection, diagnosis and treatment of multifocal thyroid cancer is especially important.
