健康教育对安全套正确使用知晓率的效果评估

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the awareness rate of the health education for correct use of condom

目的:研究健康教育对提高安全套正确应用的效果。方 :对分层随机抽样的300位居民进行为期1年的健康教育干预,并采用自制调查问卷进行干预前后的横断面调查。结果:安全套应用知识知晓率明显提升,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展安全套正确使用方法的健康教育有利于防止性传播疾病的传播。

Objective： To study the effect of the health education on improving proper application of the condom. Method： Health education intervention was given to the 300 residents extracted by stratified random sampling method for six times one year, and a cross-sectional survey was conducted with the homemade questionnaire before and after the intervention. Result： The knowledge awareness rate of condom application increased significantly, and the difference had statistical significance before and after comparison （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The health education for correct application of condom is of benefit to preventing the spread of sexual diseases.
