摘要
对洛阳市2011年6月7-8日持续高温天气分析发现,此次高温除新安外,其余各站日最高气温均超过1960年以来6月上旬日最高气温的极大值。中高纬两槽一脊,巴尔喀什湖以西至贝加尔湖以南与洛阳地区上游存在的高压脊和对应地面的较强暖低压是导致本地高温的主要天气系统。豫西地区特殊的地形地貌,对高温的形成起到增幅作用,高温的分布特点也跟特殊的地形地貌有着密切关系。通过分析单站资料,对发布6月份高温预报和高温预警信号指标进行了补充:洛阳700 hPa到地面为深厚暖层且处在下沉运动区,前一天最高气温≥33℃,当天早上最低气温≥20℃且天气晴好,07-09时之间升温幅度超过2℃/h,则可发布高温橙色预警信号;前一天最高气温≥34℃,当天早上最低气温≥22℃且天气晴好,07-09时之间升温幅度超过2.5℃/h,则可发布高温红色预警信号。洛阳分县温度周滚动预报系统的预报结果,对高温天气预报预警有很好的指示意义。
Through the analysis of sustaining high temperature on 7-8 June 2011 in Luoyang, we discovered that all stations broke the daily maximum temperature record in early June since 1960 except Xin' an. The forming of Luoyang' s major weather system related to region' s high temperature originated from two slots and one ridge in the middle and high latitude and the upstream pressure ridge from the west of Lake Balkhash to the south of Lake Baikal and the existence of corresponding strong warm lowpres sure. The special topography in western Henan province stimulates the forming of high temperature, and the distribution characteristics of high temperature with special landform are closely related. With the a nalysis of one single station' s data, we got supplementary parameters to the high temperature forecasting and high temperature warning signal in June. With the deep layer of warm and sinking motion from 700 hPa to the ground in the Luoyang district, the maximum temperature is greater than or equal 33 ℃ the day before, the morning minimum temperature is greater than or equal 20 ℃ and the weather is fine, the rate of temperature increasing is more than 2 ℃/h between 07:00 and 09:00, high temperature orange early-warning signal can be issued. The maximum temperature is greater than or equal 34 ℃ the day be fore, the morning minimum temperature is greater than or equal 22 ℃ and the weather is fine, the rate of temperature increasing is more than 2.5 ℃/h between 07:00 and 09:00, high temperature red early warning signal can be issued. Luoyang week rolling temperature forecast system has a good indicating sig nificance for high temperature forecasting warning.
