Determination of organophosphorus pesticide residue in vegetable oil by solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography

针对国标方法规定的植物油中有机磷农药前处理方法操作复杂、提取效果不好的情况,通过反复试验,建立了混合溶剂提取、氟罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化的样品前处理方法,该方法操作简单,农药的回收率高。

The pretreatment method for detecting organophosphorus pesticides in vegetable oil according to GB/TS009.20 -2003 is very complex and the effect is not very well either. A new sample pretreatment method with mixed solvent extraction and Florisil solid phase extraction column purification was established after trial and error, which is proved simple with high recovery rate of all pesticides.
