Competition Appraises and Integrates of Marine Economy in Yangtze River Delta

21世纪是海洋的世纪,海洋空间和海洋资源将成为区域竞争的主要焦点。长三角海洋经济区作为我国三大海洋经济区之一,海洋资源丰富、海洋经济发达。但海洋经济作为陆域经济的延伸,行政区经济仍较为明显,各地区协调性较差。文章采用层次分析法,以长三角沿海城市为地域研究单元,进行海洋经济竞争力评价。并从产业结构和行业优势等方面分析长三角各地区海洋产业发展态势。基于此,提出长三角海洋经济整合格局,即"三角两翼一带",加快海陆统筹、区域协调、江海湾联动发展,促进长三角海洋经济一体化发展。

The 21st centuries are the ocean centuries,ocean space and ocean resources becomes the main focal point of regional competition.The marine economic zone in Yangtze River Delta is one of three big marine economic zones in China,which is rich in ocean resources and developed marine economy.But marine economy is stretching of land economy,administrative area economy is still obvious comparatively,the coordination of the localities is poor.Taking the coastal cities as the regional studying units,the paper appraises the competition of marine economy based on AHP,and analyzes the developing situation of marine industry from industrial structure and industrial advantage.Based on these,the paper puts forward that the integrated pattern of marine economy in Yangtze River Delta,which is ＂triangle,two wings,and one belt＂,for accelerating the ocean and land plans as a whole,harmonizing the region,gearing development of river,ocean and bay,and promoting marine economy integrated development.
