摘要
采用问卷法对667名中学生的学业自我、人格特质与学业成就之间的关系进行研究,结果表明:(1)宜人性、谨慎性、开放性人格特质对学业成就有显著的预测效应,但解释量仅在1.7%-3.8%之间;(2)此三类人格特质对中学生的学业自我发展有显著的预测作用,解释量在18.3%-31.1%之间;(3)学业自我是此三类人格特质影响学业成就的中介变量。
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of middle school students' academic self-concept on the relations between their personality traits and academic achievements.And 667 middle school students participated in this research. The results showed: (1)The personality traits of agreeableness,conscientiousness and openness could predict their academic achievement effectively, but explained only 1.7% -3.8%; (2)The three personality traits could predict their development of academic self-concept effectively, and explained among 18.3%-31.1% ; (3)Middle sehool students' academic selfconcept was the mediator of personality traits (agreeableness,conscientiousness and openness) influencing academic achievement.
