摘要
为了探讨小学教师共情的特点及其与助人行为的关系,286名小学教师完成了人际反应指数的共情关注和观点采择分量表以及助人行为问卷。结果表明:(1)在共情关注上,女教师显著高于男教师,高教龄教师显著高于低教龄教师。(2)在公益活动和无偿补课的助人行为上,观点采择通过共情关注的完全中介作用影响助人行为;在捐钱行为上,共情关注起部分中介作用;在无偿献血行为上,共情关注并不起中介作用。
The purpose of the paper is to explore the elementary teachers' empathy and its relationship with helping behavior. 286 elementary teachers are involved in the surveys of subscales of empathic concern and perspective-taking, components of Interpersonal Reactivity Index, as well as the questionnaire of helping behavior. The following results were shown: (1)In respect to empathic concern, females teachers have a significant higher score than males, the teachers who have more years of teaching experience significantly higher than who have less years of that. (2)In helping behaviors, as for socially useful activities and making up free lessons, empathic concern completely mediates the effect of perspective-taking on it; as for donating money, it partially mediates the influence effect; as for voluntary blood donation, it doesn't play as a mediate.
