我国2001～2010年临床路径研究文献分析

A Bibliometric Study on Clinical Pathways Studies in China

目的分析临床路径研究现状。方法选用中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),检索2001～2010年临床路径研究相关文献,采用NoteExpress、Excel、手工处理等,统计分析发文时间、主题分布、作者、作者单位、省市分布、刊发期刊等内容。结果检索到临床路径研究相关文献1 167篇。其中,基金论文185篇,占总发文数的15.85%;文献数量逐年递增;第一作者共974名,只发表1篇论文的第一作者约占第一作者总数的88.40%(861/974);频次最高的前10个主题词为临床路径、健康教育、住院时间、费用及医疗、随机对照试验、病人满意度、护理工作、医院管理、统计学(主题)、质量控制;研究人员和单位主要分布在广东、北京、江苏等地。结论自2001年以来,我国临床路径研究取得了较大进展,但研究认为,需继续深入在临床路径运行机制、质量评估、变异处理等纵向的研究,为进一步高效推广临床路径夯实基础。

Objective To reveal the status of clinical pathways studies in China. Method Chinese biomedical literature da- tabase {CBM） was used for retrieve of studies published from 2001 to 2010 using CMESH words ＂ Critical Pathways＂ and key words. We further analyzed these results by NoteExpress, Excel and manual processing in terms of number of publications per year, theme, author, author address, province, journal, and foundation. Result Total 1167 publications related to clinical pathway were included in CBM between 2001 and 2010. The ratio of funding studies was 15.85%. The number increased year by year. There were 974 authors as the first author, 88.40% （861/974} of which only published one paper as the first author. The top 10 CMESH words in frequency were critical pathways, health education, length of stay, fees, medical, randomized controlled trial, patient satisfaction, nursing services, hospital administration, statistics as topic, quality control. Authors and institutes were mainly distributed in Guangdong, Beijing, Jiangsu and other places. Conclusion Since 2001, the number of scientific publica- tions in the field of clinical pathways showed a significant positive trend. The longitudinal study on clinical pathways should be lu- cubrated, including the running mechanism, the quality assessment, and the variability treatment.
