By analyzing the measures, effectiveness and problems of the quality monitoring process in recent years, the stud- y discussed on how to use the effective supervision mode to promote the continuous improvement of the laboratory management sys- tem. Quality supervision should be penetrated into the daily work, and training supervisors and good communication skills as well as evaluation of the supervision effect should be performed.
