The Combination of Culture and Green:Design of Suining Cultural Center in Sichuan Province

文化中心作为一种新兴的重要公共建筑类型,已经出现在我国越来越多的城市里。文化中心不仅满足了城市公共日益增长的文化需求,而且还极大提升城市的文化生活品质,为城市带来巨大的发展机会。在四川省遂宁文化中心的方案设计中,设计在满足整体功能、交通与流线要求的基础上,从城市当地的山水格局与观音文化传统出发,在整体规划与单体设计两个层面中,运用暗喻、抽象等一系列手法探索一种将文化寓意与绿色概念相结合的公共建筑设计模式。

As an important emerging type of public buildings,cultural centers have appeared more and more in our cities.Cultural centers not only meet the publics＇ growing cultural needs,but greatly enhance the quality of life of urban culture and bring huge development opportunities for cities.During the design of the cultural center in Suining,basing on the demands of overall functions such as global function,transportation and stream line,designers think of the urban landscape pattern and local the Guanyin cultural tradition,in the overall planning and monomer design,explore a design mode of public buildings which combines conceptions of cultural meaning and green design by kinds of ways like metaphor and abstraction.
