摘要
针对电传动车辆中涉及到的控制部件多,系统的控制结构复杂等问题,以某轻型车辆电传动试验平台为研究对象,根据电传动系统各部分的控制功能,分别设计了发动机控制器、发电机控制器、牵引电动机控制器、动力电池管理控制器和显示控制终端等。在此基础上,设计综合控制器,并采用CAN总线实现与上述各子控制器的信息交互,构建设计了基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统,有效地优化了系统控制体系结构,提高了系统的控制性能和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of multi-components, complex system structure in electric transmission vehicle, according to the parts control functions of the light electric-drive experimental platform, the engine controller, generator controller, induction motor controller, power battery controller and display-control terminal equipment are designed. On the basis of that, the comprehensive controller is designed and the information interaction between the subsystems and comprehensive'controller is implemented based on CAN bus. Finally, the distributed control for vehicle electric transmission is realized, which effectively optimized control architecture system and improved performance and reliability of control system.
