摘要
在双电机变频驱动卧螺离心机中,污泥的干度是关注的重点,以双电机变频驱动卧螺离心机为例,介绍如何利用PID控制技术对离心机的速度和力矩进行控制和调节,能较好地解决了污水浓度变化引起的泥饼干度不稳定,使控制精度大幅提高。系统具备恒差速和恒扭矩两种工作模式,较好地控制泥饼的干度和清液的回收率得到很好的提高,并使系统的稳定性能得到很大的改善。
