摘要
在钢板生产的后处理工艺过程中,通常会在钢板表面涂覆不同类型的薄涂层(一般1~5μm)以满足不同用户的需求。薄涂层的主要化学组成和厚薄将直接影响产品的使用性能。因此如何准确可靠较快地表征薄涂层是工厂质量检验的重要环节。目前使用在钢板表面的涂层主要以无机、有机及复合涂层为主,表征涂层化学组成和厚度的方法也会因涂料配方而易。本文介绍了表征涂层化学组成和厚度的方法,着重地分析了X射线荧光光谱法和扫描电镜直接法的特点。选取了几种钢板表面薄涂层的代表性试样,用X射线荧光光谱法测定其涂层厚度,利用扫描电镜借助能谱法对厚度及组成进行验证。
Generally, to meet various customer requirement, different coating will be spreaded or trea- ted on the steel sheet surface. The main chemical composing and thickness of the coating are key pa- rameters which will affect usage of the steel sheet product directly. Therefore, how to characterise the thin coating fast, correctly and reliably is important in industry. In the literature, there are various methods to meet the characterisation of the thin coating which is made up of inorganic, organic or complex compound. This paper introduced these methods, and analyzed the traits of X-ray fluores- cence spectrometry (XRF) and direct measuring methods such as scanning electron microscope (SEM). The author selected some samples with thin coatings. The coating weight is measured by XRF, and the thickness is tried to be verified by SEM and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS).
