ArcSDE-based Design of Rural Homesteads MIS

将面向对象程序设计技术、空间数据库引擎技术、GIS技术应用于农村宅基地管理工作中,设计了农村宅基地管理信息系统的总体结构,该系统具有图形数据、影像数据管理功能以及空间数据统计分析功能,可实现对海量农村宅基地空间数据、属性数据进行有效的组织、管理和应用,能够基本满足基层国土部门管理人员对农村宅基地规范化、信息化管理的需要。

This paper designs the overall framework of the rural homestead MIS with management features of graphics data, images data, and the statistics analysis features by using the technolo- gies of object-oriented programming, database, spatial database engine, and GIS. The system re- alizes effective data organization, management and application for the mass spatial data and de- scriptive data of the rural homesteads. It could fulfill the requirement of standardization and in- formationalization in rural homesteads management.
