中国劳动力市场招聘歧视问题研究概述 被引量:2

摘要 中国劳动力市场上有关就业歧视问题一直普遍存在,也成为各领域的热点研究问题。招聘歧视作为就业歧视的主要原因,在现有研究中仍存在一系列问题。对中国劳动力市场招聘歧视相关研究进行回顾与梳理,找出既有研究在其问题及方法上存在的不足,同时,结合当前我国劳动力市场招聘歧视现状,提出未来的研究方向,并根据当前研究现状为企业招聘实践、求职者及相关劳动法规与政策制定者提供实践参考与建议。
