Development of an on-line Monitoring System for Intelligent Breaker

摘要 文章提出了一种基于DSP和LabVIEW的智能断路器在线监控系统的设计方案。该系统的下位机以DSP为核心,对电流信号和断路器状态信号进行采集,实现线路的过载保护,同时可通过CAN总线将数据传送至上位机进行显示;上位机管理系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,能够实时显示测量数据及设定参数。现场测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,准确性较好。 The paper proposes the design scheme of an on-line monitoring system of intelligent breaker based on DSP and LabVIEW. Lower computer of the system takes DSP as core, which completes collection of current signal and state of breaker with circuitry overload protection. It can also transfer data to upper computer through CAN bus to be displayed. Upper computer management system takes Lab VIEW as development platform to display data and set parameters. The field test results show that the system runs steadily at better accuracy.
