摘要 500kV主变低压套管接线端子是由于本身设计不合理,接线板与抱箍台阶呈90°的直线连接,应力非常集中,合金内部有杂质及浇铸工艺不合理,导致边缘产生结晶带的组织,就断裂原因进行分析及提出了改进措施。 The connecting terminal fractured due to its irrational design. The terminal board and holt hoop iron step were combined in 90°, which led to the highly intensively stress. There was also impurity in the alloy. The irrational casting technology led to the generation of crystalline band in the edge.
