摘要 以贵州省首台600MW超临界w火焰锅炉为研究对象。为检验燃烧设备及整个烟风系统所有运转机械的整体运行性能,并为锅炉首次启动和热态燃烧条件下提供调整依据,进行了冷态空气动力场试验。试验结果表明,调风套筒和调风盘开度的变化对内二次风的影响大于外二次风,并且合理的配风对W型火焰锅炉燃烧工况的组织具有较为重要的意义。 The first 600 MW supercriticality W flame boiler in Guizhou as the research object, to test the combustion device and the rotating machine operation characteristics of the air - flue gas system and to provide the adjustment reason for the first boiler start - up and hot combustion condition, the cold aerodynamic test had been operated. The result showed that the variation of adjusting bush and air regulation disk impressed more influence on the inside secondary air than on the outside secondary air. Reasonable air distribution had important significance to the organization of the W flame boiler combustion condition.
