摘要
介绍了厦门市地震应急现场指挥所在现场通讯网络、现场灾情采集与传输系统、现场办公指挥系统、现场指挥软件和现场后勤保障系统5个方面的建设情况,并对其中存在的问题进行讨论。
In this paper, a brief introduction is given to the project of earthquake emergency spot command post in Xiamen. The project consists of five parts： communication networks, the system for the acquisition and transmission of disaster condition, office and command system, command software, the system of logistic supplies. The flaw of this project is also discussed.
