摘要
:为了评价减肥食品的减肥功能 ,我们根据卫生部颁布的《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》中的要求 ,建立了一套人体实验方法。检测指标包括 :临床症状观察、辅助诊断项目、身高、体重、围径测量、体内脂肪含量、皮下脂肪厚度、运动耐力。选择经体检合格、体重均超过标准体重 2 0 %以上的成年人 4 2名 ,连续食用受试保健食品 35d ,试验采用自身对照设计 ,各项指标于试食前、后各测试一次。试验结果表明 ,受试的 4个类型保健食品均有减肥作用 。
In the study on the effect of slimming foods, process of human experimentation were developed with refernce to Examination Procedure and Determination Methods of Functions of Health Foods issued by Ministry of the Public Health. Slimming effects were evaluated in a number of ways, induding clinical manifestation, supplementary diagnosis, height, weight, round determination, fat content, thickness of subcutaneous fat and exercise tolerance. 42 adults of 20% overweight than normal person intaked the slimming foods for 35 days. The self-control design was made. The results indicated the slimming effect of the health foods without side effects.
