目前中国正处于社会转型时期,矛盾复杂交错,同时也是群体性案件的高发时期。群体性案件成为法院棘手的工作。正确处理司法公正与维护社会稳定之间的关系,厘清司法审判规律与群体性案件诉求之间的矛盾,区分不同类型的群体性案件,在法律框架内采用灵活的审理方式,方能形成多渠道化解群体性案件的良性运行的司法机制。

China is currently in the period of social transformation, confronting many complex contradictions, and a high frequency of mass cases. The proceedings of mass cases become a difficult job for the courts. In order to better the trial of mass cases, it is necessary for the court to construct positive mechanisms, so as to appropriately handle the judicial justice and social stability, fully understand the contraditions between the rule of judicial judgement and the appeals involved in mass cases to distinguish different types of mass cases and handle them with flexible measures nntill finally forming mechanisms to solve the mass cases via different channels.
