摘要
增强高校德育的实效性,是德育理论探讨中非常重要的课题。坚持德育中的主体性,是高校德育的根本要求,从德育观念、德育目标、德育内容到德育的手段上都要弘扬主体性。但单纯的主体性不能保证价值观和品格教育,必须同时注重德育的内容、目标等方面的规范性要求。规范性是主体性的基础和前提,而主体性则是规范性的目的和归宿。
With regard to moral education in colleges and universities ,to strengthen its effectiveness is an important issue in the theoretical research ,while to adhere to its subjectivity is a fundamental requirement, since the subjectivity must be promoted and enhanced in terms of the concept, target, content and method of moral education. However, the subjectivity cannot solely guarantee the education of values and quality ;it is necessary to attach equal importance to the standardized reouirements including the content and the target of moral education.
