沈北新区2005—2011年艾滋病疫情流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis of AIDS Outbreaks in Shenbei New District from 2005 to 2011

目的了解沈北新区艾滋病流行特征,为制订防治策略提供参考依据方法应用描述性流行病学方法对沈北新区艾滋病疫情流行情况进行分析。结果 2005—2011年沈北新区累计报告HIV/AIDS病例41例,报告病例数呈逐年上升态势,男女性别比为7.2:1,以20～50岁青壮年为主,占80.48%;初中以下文化程度占58.54%;男男性传播为主要传播途径,占73.17%。结论开展艾滋病综合监测以及加大艾滋病防治知识宣传工作是我们今后工作的重点。

OBJECTIVE To identify the characteristics of AIDS and provide reference frame for future prevention and control strategy.METHODS Adopt descriptive epidemiology to analyze epidemiological characteristics of AIDS outbreaks in Shenbei New District.RESULTS There were 41 reported cases of HIV AIDS in Shenbei New District from 2005 to 2011,showing an upward trend year by year.Population distribution：sex proportion of male to female is 7.2 to 1,with most cases being the young and adults between the age of 20 and 50 who account for 80.48 percent of all the patients,and 58.54 percent having the education level lower than junior secondary school.The disease is largely male-to-male sexually transmitted,which accounts for 73.17 percent.CONCLUSION Reported AIDS cases in Shenbei New District are increasing year by year,with male-to-male sexual transmission as the predominant route of transmission and more cases occurring among the young and adults between 20 and 50 as well as people without much education.
