预防接种工作中儿童监护人与护士对服务质量的认知状况调查

The Cognition Situation of the Children's Guardian and the Nurse on the Quality of the Vaccination Service

目的探讨儿童监护人以及从事儿童预防接种工作的护士对儿童预防接种服务中优质服务的认知情况。方法采用自行设计的认知调查问卷对100名护士及200名儿童监护人进行调查。结果护士和儿童监护人在对关爱沟通、服务态度及监护人感受的认知上差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01),而在技术能力及健康教育的比较中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从事儿童预防工作的护士及儿童监护人对儿童预防接种服务中优质服务的认知有共同的观点,也有各自独特的见解。

OBJECTIVE Discuss the cognitive situations of children’s guardians and the nurses about the high quality service in the preventive vaccination work.METHODS Self-designed questionnaires were distributed to 100 nurses and 200 children’s guardians.RESULTS There were significant differences between the cognitive situations of the nurses and the children’s guardians about care and communication,service attitude and guardian’s feeling,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The nurses who engage in the preventive vaccination work and the children’s guardians share some common perspectives about the high quality service,but they have their owno pinions at the same time.
