摘要
从电磁设计、结构设计、绝缘设计等几方面简要介绍了全封闭直流电动机设计特点,目的在于保证全封闭直流电动机在拖动负载的情况下,如何有效控制直流电机温升、提高电机效率;并分析了在恶劣的条件下如何保证电机的可靠性。
This paper briefly introduces the design features of totally-enclosed DC motor from aspects of electromagnetic design, structure design and insulation design. The purpose is to effectively control temperature rise and improve efficiency in the premise of ensuring motor out- put. It is also preliminary analyzed on how to ensure reliability of motor under adverse condition.
