摘要
介绍了高压高速大功率无火花型电动机设计(以下简称:高压无火花电机)需要考虑的主要问题,主要包括电机火花的控制,功率的提升,自润滑滑动轴承的选择,振动和噪声的抑制,通过设计计算结果与实测值对比,进一步优化了电机的各项性能指标。
This paper introduces the main problems that should be considered in design of high-voltage high-speed high-power non-sparking motors ( hereafter referred as simply high- voltage non-sparking motor ) such as the control of sparking, increase of power, selection of self-lubricated sleeve bearing, and suppressions of vibration and noise. By comparison between calculation results and actual test values, the various performance indexes have been further op- timized.
