近年来,采用有轨巷道式堆垛机的自动化立体仓库应用越来越广,运动定位作为堆垛机控制系统的关键技术,对堆垛机的安全性和运行效率至关重要。本文引入一种全新的堆垛机定位方式——格雷母线通信定位技术,可以有效解决传统定位方式的缺陷与不足,显著提高堆垛机系统的可靠性和运行效率。

In recent years, the automatic high-rise warehouse using aisle stacking crane is more and more widely used. As the critical technology for control system of stacking crane, motion positioning is very important to safety and oper- ation efficiency. A brand new positioning way of the stacking crane introduced in the paper Gray bus communication po- sitioning technology can effectively make up for the defect and shortcoming of traditional positioning way and significantly improve reliability and operation efficiency of the stacking crane system.
