摘要
为提高地震等自然灾害条件下立体仓储的安全性,设计了一种货盘自动定位与安全锁定装置。该装置结构紧凑、无需供电、自动运行,可方便配套应用于现有的自动化立体仓库,建设成本低、可靠性高,几乎不影响货物存取效率,已获得国家专利保护,并在特种装备立体仓储中得到推广应用。
To improve the safety of stereoscopic storage under natural disasters such as earthquake, a pallet automatic positioning and safety locking device is designed. This device is compact in structure and can operate automatically without power supply, so it can be conveniently applied to the current automation high-rise storage, with low construction cost and high reliability, and little impact on the storage efficiency. The device has obtained national patent protection, which can be popularized and applied in the high-rise storage for special equipment.
