核电厂桥、门式起重机防单一故障特性要求 被引量:7

摘要 依据ASME NOG-1-2010规范,对桥、门式起重机防单一故障特性的要求进行研究,重点分析了I类起重机的起升机构、钢丝绳卷绕系统、小车和桥架驱动机构的防单一故障特性,并对其机构布置、部件设计要求等进行了介绍,有益于我国核电规范标准体系的建立和核电厂装换料设备的自主化研发。 According to the specification ASME NOG-1-2010, requirements on anti-single-fault characteristic for overhead and gantry cranes are studied in the paper, with concentration on single fault characteristic of hoisting mecha- nism, steel rope winding system, trolley and bridge drive mechanism for Class I cranes. The paper also introduces the structure layout, parts design requirements, etc. , which is helpful for establishment of national nuclear power specifica- tion standard system and automation research and development of fueling and refueling equipment of nuclear power plants.
