摘要
螺母柱是平衡重式垂直升船机安全保障系统的关键设备,材料特殊,精度要求高,加工难度大。文中采用特殊的工艺措施以及专用刀具来保证其制造精度,并在大型工件加工过程中创造性的引入三维检测方法,对零件加工过程及温度变化造成的影响进行控制,有效地改善了螺母柱高精加工时采用"试切法"带来的缺点,充分考虑经济性,最终满足实际工程要求。
The nut column is critical equipment for safety-guaranteed system of counterbalanced ship-lift, which is special in material, high in accuracy requirement and difficult in proeessing. Special processing measures and special tools are used in the paper to ensure the manufacturing accuracy, and 3D detection method is creatively introduced during pro- cessing of large-scale work pieces to control the impact arising from parts processing and temperature variation, which ef- fectively overcomes the shortcoming due to use of "test cutting method" during high-precision processing of nut col- umns. Fully considering its economic efficiency, the nut column will finally meet the actual engineering requirements.
