摘要
根据正交实验设计方案,对叶绿素吸光度进行灰色关联度分析,找出影响叶绿吸光度的主要因素和次要因素,从而合理的控制实验条件,以实现叶绿素提纯的最优化。通过灰色关联度分析可以较好的分析影响实验操作的因素。
According to the scheme of orthogonal experiment, the writer makes the Grey Rela- tional Analysis of chlorophyll absorbance, then finds out the principal and secondary factors that affect it. By legitimately controlling experimental conditions, the writer realizes the optimization of chlorophyll purification. We can better analysis the factors influencing experimental operation through Grey Correlative Degree Analysis.
