摘要
文中分析了一种由 6 12texFDY做地组织、14tex普梳棉为绒组织的拉舍尔经编棉绒在染整加工中的关键问题 ,如顺绒向加工、适度精练、绒毛开松、高克重导致的加工难度等。针对上述特点 ,通过工艺试验 ,确定了一条较适合的生产工艺 ,即冷轧堆精练、双氧水漂白及两遍梳剪整理。
Key problems in dyeing and finishing process of raschel cotton pile fabric in which FDY 612tex is used for ground structure and carded cotton 14tex for pile are analysed in respect of drawn pile treatment,moderate scouring, pile opening and difficulties caused by heavy weight structure. In view of the above problems and based on some technological experiments, a rational technology is proposed at following sequence: cold pad batch scouring, hydroperoxide bleaching, double carding and shearing followed by stentering.
