摘要
以QG325型切管机液压缸用带锁口杆端关节轴承为研究对象,通过三维软件Solidworks建立简化的带锁口杆端关节轴承模型,根据零部件的实际结构、连接关系和工作时的载荷情况,建立了带锁口杆端关节轴承的精细有限元模型,通过ANSYS Workbench13.0进行实际工况下的瞬态动力学分析,为改进该关节轴承的设计、调整装配布局提供理论依据。
Taking QG325 lockable port rod - end spherical plain bearing for pipe cutting machine hydraulic cylinder as a research object, a simplified model is established for lockable pol~ rod - end spherical plain beatings through 3D soft- ware Solidworks. According to the actual structure of its components, the connection relations and working load, a re- fined finite element model is established for lockable port rod - end spherical plain bearings, and the transient dynamics analysis is conducted by using ANSYS Workbenchl3.0 under the actual working condition, which provide theory basis for design improvement of spherical plain bearings and adjustment of assembly layout.
