危重症专职护理小组在慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者行序贯机械通气治疗中的作用

The role of intensive care nursing team in the management of COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by sequential ventilation

目的探讨危重症专职护理小组对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴呼吸衰竭序贯机械通气患者的作用。方法选择在ICU实施序贯机械通气治疗的COPD患者,将2011年1～11月的40例作为干预组,2010年1～11月的40例作为对照组,分别实施护理干预。结果干预组满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);再插管率、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、有创通气时间、总通气时间、住ICU时间等明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危重症专职护理小组可提高COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者的护理质量,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the role of intensive care nursing team in the management of COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by sequential ventilation. Methods Forty COPD patients with respiratory failure who received sequential ventilation treatment from January to November of 2011 in the experimental group were managed by an intensive care nursing team,while the other 40 patients from January to November of 2010 in the control group received routine nursing care. Results The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The re-intubation rate,incidence of ventilation-associated pneumonia,duration of invasive ventilation,total time of ventilation,and duration of ICU stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The intensive care nursing team can effectively improve the quality of nursing and promote the recovery for COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by sequential ventilation.
