摘要
目的评价动机访谈路线图干预对提高糖尿病患者自我效能的效果。方法将64例糖尿病患者随机分为MI组和对照组。对照组给予常规糖尿病教育,MI组给予MI路线图的糖尿病行为改变教育。两组患者在干预前后分别采用生化指标和自我效能量表进行行为改变效果评价。结果干预后MI组生化指标与干预前和对照组比较有显著改善(P<0.05),自我效能总分及6个维度得分与干预前及对照组比较均显著上升(P<0.05);对照组干预前后总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MI路线图是提高糖尿病患者自我效能的良好方法和工具。
Objective To evaluate the effect of motivational interviewing roadmap on the serf-efficacy in patients with diabetes. Methods Sixty-four patients with diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group receive routine diabetic education,while the patients in the experimental group received diabetic education based on motiva, tional interviewing roadmap. The patients were evaluated by Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale and biochemical parametem before and after intervention. Results After intervention ,the patients' biochemical parameters, the total score and factor scores of selfefficacy in the experimental group were significantly improved than before, and those of the control group(P〈0.05). However,the patients in the control group showed no significant improvement than before(P〉0.05). Conclusion Motivational interviewing roadmap is an effective technique to improve the self-efficacy in patients with diabetes.
