论竞技健美操操化动作的创新的实例分析——以新规则前后两届世锦赛三人操为例

采用文献资料法、录像观察法、比较分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,并结合2005-2008年和2009-2012年版竞技健美操比赛规则操化内容修改前后的规则相对比,对第十、十一届世界健美操锦标赛三人操前6名参赛队成套动作中的操化动作进行了分析。通过分析指出了世界三人竞技健美操操化的创新点,提出了相应的建议和对策。
