中小学阳光体育运动开展情况研究综述

Research on Sunshine Sports Campaign in Primary and Secondary School

通过对阳光体育运动实施近五年来有关中小学阳光体育运动开展现状的研究进行归纳分析,发现阳光体育运动在农村中小学的实施并不理想,尤其是农村偏远山区,阳光体育活动几乎为零,影响中小学阳光体育运动开展的因素主要集中在传统观念与应试教育的束缚、体育师资和体育设备的缺乏、体育锻炼和健康意识淡薄、经费投入不足、监管力度不够以及评价体系不完善等方面。建议各级有关部门首先要转变传统观念,加大宣传力度,提高认识。其次,抓好师资队伍建设。再次,加大经费投入,加强场地器材建设。最后,加强监管力度,建立完善的评价体系。避免雷声大雨点小,保证中小学阳光体育运动落到实处。

Based on inductive analysis on sunny sports movement in the past five years the school sunlight sports development present situation, this paper finds out that the sunshine sports in rural middle and primary school im-plementation is not ideal, especially rural areas in the remote mountain, sunshine sports activity is almost zero, elementary and middle schools sunshine sports factors mainly concentrate in traditional idea and the fetters of exa - mination - oriented education, teachers of physical education and sports equipment, lack of physical exercise and health consciousness, lack of funding, inadequate supervision and evaluation system is not perfect etc.. Recom-mendations for the relevant departments at all levels must change the traditional concepts, increase propagandist strength, and raise awareness. Secondly, catch good team construction for teachers. Again, increasing the input of funds, strengthen the construction of venues and equipment. Finally, to strengthen supervision and manage-ment, establish and improve the evaluation system. Avoid thunder and little rain, guaranteed the school sunlight sports to fall to real point.
