摘要
在现代高速发展的社会里,女大学生承受着来自多方面的精神压力,越来越多的女大学生出现了不同程度的心理问题。采用实验法,选取影响心理健康的几个指标,针对不同持续时间及频率的有氧搏击操锻炼对女大学生的心境的影响进行研究。结果显示:18周的搏击操锻炼,有助于调节女大学生的情绪,克服心理障碍,增强自信心,改善人际关系,进而为引导女大学生积极参加健身活动提供理论依据。
In modem high - speed development of the society, female college students are suffering from many as-pects of mental pressure, more and more female college students have varying degrees of psychological problems. By using the experimental method, and the selection of affecting mental health indicators, this paper analyzes the different duration and frequency of aerobic boxing training on female college students'state of mind influence. The results showed that 18-weeks boxing training can help regulate female college students' emotion, overcome the psychological barrier, enhancement self-confidence, improve relationship, then for lead female college students actively take part in the fitness activities to provide the theory basis.
