通过对《大学生就业能力提升》的教学内容设计,使学生理解就业能力、职业认同、就业资本和个人适应性等概念及其内涵,掌握就业能力的内容,帮助学生分析自己所确定职业方向及该职业所需能力的要求,引发学生思考如何通过各种途径有效地提高这些技能;使学生树立发展意识,在就业过程中展现自我,不断增强就业能力;通过探讨具体的教学方法,以期为教学实践提供参考。

This article makes college students understand the concept connotation of employment ability, professional i- dentity, employment capital and personal adaptability through teaching design of To Enhance the Ability of College Students Employment. It helps the students to master the content of the employment ability, to analyze their deter- mined professional direction and the requirements of the professional ability, to inspire students to think about how to effectively improve their employability through various ways. The article discusses the specific teaching method to en- hance the ability of college students employment, so as to provide a reference for teaching practice.
