中缅油气管道的兴建,标志着云南能源新时代的到来。虽然国际上杂音不断,但是中缅油气管道的修建将有助于缓解马六甲海运瓶颈的困局,有助于在中国形成四面来油的能源供给新局面,能源进口通道格局将进一步改善,保障我国能源供应安全,更有助于大力推动云南省桥头堡建设的实施,推动云南经济又好又快发展。

The Project of the Sino - Myanmese Oil - Gas Pipes ushers in a new energy age for Yunnan. Though there have been dis- putes in the world, this project will not only help solve the transport dilemma of the Strait of Malacca and offer China a new energy - import channel but also help guarantee China＇ s energy supply and quicken Yunnan ＇ s economic development and the implementation of Yunnan＇ s Gateway Strategy.
