随着社会转型加速,多民族聚居地区农村社会发生了深刻变迁,农村社会问题呈现频发性、多样性、复杂性等特点,使多民族聚居地区农村中的社区利益纠纷协调机制的结构性、社会管理的主体参与、社区硬性管理与软性管理的衔接、各民族发展差距扩大化等问题不断出现。而传统社会管理方式难以为继,亟需提升农村社会管理水平,完善农村社区利益协调机制,构建和谐多民族社区;建立和完善农村社区管理多元化主体参与机制;实行社区管理中软硬性管理的整合;优化资源,才能真正促进各民族的和谐发展。

With the quickened steps of social transformation, the rural society in the multi - ethnic area of China has seen dramatic changes, and its social problems have the features of high frequency, complexity and diversity, which are related to the mechanism of the interest distribution in the rural community, the participation of the subject in social management, the coordination of the community＇s hard and soft management and the widening gap among different ethnic groups. The solutions include the improvement of the rural management and coordinative mechanism, the establishment of the multi - management mechanism ; the integration of the hard and soft management and the optimization of all resources to realize the harmonious development of all ethnic groups.
