摘要
对新型的带有液氮预冷的低温旋转阀式脉冲管制冷机进行了实验研究 ,得到了一些有意义的结果。在理论分析的基础上 ,对制冷机内部热力学过程进行了进一步的模拟计算 ,并得出结论 :间壁式换热器的效率是影响这种制冷机性能的重要因素之一。对于这种制冷机的一些内部特征作了细致的定性分析 ,并对各种损失因素进行了定量计算。
In this article, a new kind of pulse tube refrigerator with low temperature switch valve and liquid nitrogen precooler is introduced. Theoretical analysis shows that it is a promising alternative of ordinary pulse tube refrigerator. However, experimental results are not good. Qualitative analysis and quantitative computation have been made to find the possible reasons. The experimental and theoretical results are given.
