摘要
通过单因素实验选择和正交设计法对鱼腥草中多糖进行超声波提取,以鱼腥草中的多糖提取率为指标,分别对料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数等因素进行考察,优化出了微波法提取鱼腥草多糖的最佳条件:料液比(m/V)为1g∶20mL、提取温度为80℃、提取时间为40min、提取次数为2次,优化后在此条件下多糖提取率可高达5.35%。
In this study, optimized by single factor experiments to select and orthogonal design microwave ex- traction of houttuynia cordata thunb in the polysaccharide, polysaccharide extract in houttuynia cordata thunb.rate indicators, respectively, the solid-liquid ratio , extraction temperature , extraction time and extraction times and other factors the best conditions for the microwave method to extract polysaccharide : liquid ratio lg:20mL, extrac- tion temperature 80℃ , extraction time 40min, extraction 2times , under this condition, polysaccharide extraction rate of up to 5.35%.
