摘要
以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,建立了气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC/MS)-选择离子监测方法(SIM)检测粮食中氯化苦的方法,方法在0.20-5.0μg·mL^-1呈良好线性,线性系数为0.9988,检测限为0.020mg·kg^-1,方法回收率在89.0%-100.5%之间、精密度在3.8%~4.2%之间,满足检测需要。
After being extracted with Anhydrous Alcohol, the determination of nitrotrichloromethane residues in grain by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in selected ion monitoring was established. The calibration curve showed good linearity in range of 0.20-5.0μg·mL^-1 ,the linear coefficient of 0.9988 was obtained, and the lowest limit of detection was 0.020mg ·kg^-1, the recovery was between 89.0%-100.5%. The degree of precision at the range of 3.8%-4.2% can satisfy the requirement of analysis for the nitrotrichloromethane.
