摘要
英旺油田长8油层高131原油具有凝固点较高(17℃),高含蜡量13.58%特点,运用单一药剂对其降凝效果不明显,分散剂和添加剂复配可有效降低该储层原油凝固点。在添加剂最佳浓度为0.5%,分散剂最佳浓度为5%时,可使长8储层原油凝固点从27℃降低到4.5℃。现场试验表明,采出液凝点均已降低到5℃以下,原油流动性也很好,产量有所增加且稳定。
The Gaol31 crude oil oil-storey of chang 8 reservoir has a higher freezing point of 17℃, 13.58% of high wax content of Yingwang Oilfield. The use of a single agent of its pour point depressant effect is not obvious, dispersants and additives compound can effectively reduce the freezing point of the reservoir crude oil. The optimal concentration of the additive is 0.5% dispersant concentration of 5%, which can make thefreezing point of crude oil reduced from 27℃to 4.5℃. Field tests show that the pour point of the produced fluid have been reduced to below 5℃, oil mobility is also very well, the production has increased and stable.
